If the employees are motivated than only they work faster because the employees are unhappy with regular working and salary but to motivate them they will work fast to get more incentive for family and personal needs. As we know that Australia is big country with less population and the according wealth its very strong. So the people from different country of different came to Australia for jobs and earning due to that the other racial employees work with Aussie people. That cause many problem and the local discriminate the other racial people. By seeing this act was passed racial discrimination act was passed in 1975. So that the people facing problem related to racial they can lodge complaint against the culprit and strong action will be taken. He can take action on the spot without informing the organization. But if it is out of control he should aware the organization to take critical steps. If the product is perfect organization manager will also be confident about products. Services: The products should be explained because need services after sales. They should about the guarantee and warrantee of products so that in future problem occurs. Customer relations: The customers plays main role in marketing if the customers is satisfied then the products will give new height to the company but if the customer do not like that then the products will flop in the market. Sometime products are good but customers are not aware of the product features. So the customer relationship manager should take steps for informing the new products features and benefits of the products that customer satisfy and buy the new products. The company should produce those products which are in demand in market and customer needs. The company should make some rules and regulation so that employees should not discriminate with each other.
